Future Fillie?

Dance is Lauryn's entire universe. She lives for it and dreams of going to the High School for Performing Arts in New York City, otherwise known as Fame. Her plans may have been altered now that she is a Future Fillie. She did the dance clinic and then performed for the parents. Following her morning of dance, she ended the day with a little Nutcracker rehearsal.

Happy Halloween! Lauryn was Dorothy this year. She desperately wanted to be something scary but I really wanted to take the last opportunity to have a sweet girl costume. I know this is likely the last chance because Lauryn turned 8 the very next day. Where has time gone?!? She continues to amaze us every day!

We had a slumber party for her birthday this year. She invited her friends to the Stetson's Diner for a 50s theme party. The girls ordered from a menu and were served by some of Lauryn's "Big Girls" while the adults prepared the foods and celebrated being together. We had so much fun and Lauryn is already planning for the next themed party.
